5A Great Variety  Sep 27, 2002 By The Machetti porkboy zine
An affordable compilation for the Rockabilly lover. A variety of styles from Honky Tonk, Rockabilly, Neo-Rockabilly, and Psychobilly. Great for parties because it has somthing for everyone. I can't wait for #2.

5Rockin' Music Assortment  Apr 25, 2007 By Alison Sendecki "BritAllie"
If you like Rock-a-billy / Surf Rock / Retro Rock then even if you don't like every song on this CD, you should still find plenty to like. Personally we like all 21 tracks. It features everything from gritty Rock-a-billy to smooth rhyming ballads reminiscent of Patsy Cline. Great CD for a long drive because is doesn't bore you by beaming in a specific style. No need to hit the shuffle button.

5GREAT!!!!  Jul 22, 2009 By J.A. "shoebox"
I bought this CD easily over 2 years ago and to this day it is a constant main stay in my rotation. Everytime I hit the road this one HAS to be in the mix. Its a great collection of different "Billy" styles. Its an easy play for any one into this style of music. Its a shame they stopped at volume 1. As many times as I've played it on road trips and just a drive to the local bar with the fellas, how its not worn through yet is amazing. And for the price it can't be beat.

5Great mix at a super great price!  Oct 01, 2010 By Debra Wilson
I bought this CD as out of the three I was interesting in at that moment, this one was the cheapest. I wasn't expecting a whole lot, as a lot of compilation discs fall flat about halfway through, but figured I'd try it for the price. And wow! I was not disappointed at all! Love every track on this CD! If you like rockabilly or psychobilly, check this one out. Its fun, upbeat, and has enough variation to not get boring. Worth every penny and then some!

4Rockabilly, Gothabilly, and Psychobilly Combo  Apr 19, 2010 By G. Allison
Great combination of rockabilly, gothabilly, and psychobilly. My favorites are the Reverend Horton Heat, Nekromantix, and The Quakes. Great driving music, great dancing music, great party music. Great for those just getting in to the -billy genres and wanting a sample of what's out there (or some of what was out there a couple years ago.) I'd really like to see a Billy Volume Two. My sister, brother, and I all have copies of this CD. A great addition to your collection.
